We are an emergency roadside service.  When requesting roadside assistance with us you are charged a fee for us to make a service call to come to your location to provide you with assistance.  The charge of the fee does not depend on any specific results of the service call.  If you request a service call, you will be charged a fee for that service call.

 

We boost vehicles and provide other services.  When boosting your vehicle we cannot guarantee that your vehicle will start.  That will depend on the condition of your vehicle, your battery and other factors like outdoor temperatures and whether your block heater is plugged in or not.  There may be other mechanical issues with your vehicle beyond our control that may prevent us from being able to get your motor running.

When filling your tire with air there may also be other factors beyond our control (such as a leak in the bead of your tire or a hole too large to hold the air in your tire) to get your tire inflated to the point where you are able to drive your vehicle.

Elite Battery Boost Edmonton or any of its staff or employees will not be held liable or responsible for any damage to your vehicle or property while providing you with service, whether that damaged is cause unintentionally or otherwise.  You take full responsibility for any and all risks associated with any and all services that Elite Battery Boost Edmonton provides, whether that be boosting your vehicle, towing it, accessing your on board computer, or any and all other services provided.

However, we are experienced with working on a variety of vehicles and we are dedicated to do what we can within our realm of services to get you on your way.  We will put in our best effort for you.  We will work with you for up to one-half hour of our time to assist you in attempting to get your vehicle back on the road and get you on your way.

 

No refund is available on any and all submitted payments.

Caution is used during the performance of services rendered that are requested by the customer.  In the history of Elite Battery Boost Edmonton there have been no claims made due to any kind of damage while rendering said services.  While extremely small, there are some risks in the rendering of such services.  The customer assumes all responsibility for any and all damages that may or may not occur as a result of Elite Battery Boost Edmonton providing services as requested by the customer.  In no event will Elite Battery Boost Edmonton or any of its affiliates be liable for any damages suffered by the customer for any and all reasons, including but not limited to, power surges, frozen batteries, heat damage, loss of profits or personal injury as a result of Elite Battery Boost Edmonton providing services as requested by the customer, whether damages are caused accidentally, incidentally or maliciously.  Payment for services rendered is still mandatory whether or not any damages have become evident as a result of services rendered.
